HOW THE "OUR" PROGRAM WORKS
You decide to place your Recreational Vehicle (RV), trailer, car or truck into the OUR Program for a minimum of 12 calendar months. We create a listing on the Road Adventures website that is specific to your vehicle or trailer. You submit pictures to us, which we will upload to your listing for you. We ask that you give us a 2 weeks notice on when you want to use your unit, or you can personally log on to an administrative calendar and choose the dates you want to reserve your unit for the year.
OUR Program can be tailored to perform the maintenance, store your unit, handle marketing, inspections, walk through, house-keeping, cleaning, insurance, coordination of rental agreements, and payment transactions.
PRICING
OUR Program will dynamically set your RV, trailer, car or truck’s rental price based on market value, location, time of year, mileage, and other data sets to maximize your income and boost your listing’s competitiveness.
OUR representatives will pay you via direct deposit within five days of subscriber picking up your unit.
Rest easy- OUR Program covers your vehicle or trailer with $1,000,000 in liability insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM OWNERS
Driver’s License– Every owner must submit his or her Driver’s License number.
Vehicle Information– Every owner must submit their vehicle or trailer’s Make and Model, License Plate State and Number, VIN, year, and mileage (if applicable).
Pictures– Every owner must submit current photographs of their unit to Road Adventures OUR Program.
Contact Information– Every owner must provide their name, phone number, address, and e-mail address.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM RENTERS
Driver’s License– Every renter must submit his or her Driver’s License number.
Auto Insurance– Every renter must submit their auto insurance score from a consumer reporting agency, and the score must meet our minimum eligibility criterion.
Payment Information– Every renter must provide their payment information.
